The also did the Deep Purple stuff, which they did a great job on. They looked like hippies. The lead singer, Ron Dante, also sang the song "Tracy" as the Cuff Links a few years before that. It was the Archies, which was the the real band behind the cartoon The Archies. We went as a joke thinking it was going to be all bubble gum music. Boy where we suprised when they started out with Hush but Deep Purple. They did not play the music that made them popular with the young teenagers.
